   To whom it may concern:
   I have a complaint against one of your brgy. kagawad Mrs. Lucena B. Noble. One of my reseller sold some items to her amounting to 30k plus. Mrs. Noble told me her existing balance is 26k which she told me she’s gonna pay me last Jan.20,2011. She kept on promising me that she will pay giving me dates that she never keep. I gave her plenty to time since she told me that she lack the funds due to the recent brgy. election. So, i really give her ample time to settle the 26k. Until now, she never return my text and private message in facebook. As a public servant, she should keep her promise especially money matters she indebted to anybody. Please help me get through her. She never spoke to me for a long time. The problem is, I still have to settle the amount she got (items) which as I have seen in the campaign period she already used the michael korrs watch she got from me to my supplier.
