A parade was then organized headed by the employees of the local government unit of Tubigon, representatives from the barangay headed by their Punong Barangays, as well as the teachers and students of the different schools within town. The Tubignons were brought down the memory lane as a 93-year old veteran, in the person of Mr. Pedro Catao, reminisce the experiences he had during those times. The various presentations by the different schools brought life and entertainment during the celebration. Inspired with the theme for this year- “Pagsunod sa Yapak ng mga Dakilang Pilipino Tungo sa Malawakang at Permanenteng Pagbabago” (Following the Footsteps of Great Filipinos Towards Widespread and Lasting Change), this municipality is slowly working its way towards the upliftment of the condition of the whole town and its people.
