Securing Permit to Conduct Public Assembly, Rallies and Demonstrations, Parades, Motorcade, Recoreda, Carolling, Disco, Benefit Dance, Concerts, Fund Raising, Raffle Draw
ABOUT THE SERVICE
Corporations, groups and other entities that wish to conduct a motorcade parade, fund raising, raffle draw, caroling, benefit dance, disco concerts, recoreda are required to secure a permit with Mayor’s approval prior to the scheduled activity. This is in coordination with PNP to ensure peace and order and public safety.
REQUIREMENTS
- Letter of request addressed to the Municipal Mayor indicating the scheduled date, planned route and purpose of the activity.
- Applicants must secure official receipt of payment from the Municipal Treasurer’s Office.
