FUNCTIONAL STATEMENT
- Appraisal and assessment of real properties on land, buildings, plants, machineries and equipments.
- To facilitate the processing of transfers, revisions, cancellations and newly declared tax declarations.
- To issue upon request of interested party, sketch plans based on approved cadastral maps, certified copies of tax declarations, vicinity maps, improvements, landholdings, and other records relative to assessment, upon payment of service charge or fee to the treasurer’s office.
- To ensure the safety and protection of all office assessment records of real properties.
- To submit periodic reports of all assessments of real properties to the Provincial Assessor’s Office and as requested by higher authorities.
