Cancellation of Tax Declarations

ABOUT THE SERVICE

Tax Declarations may be cancelled in cases of duplication, no longer existing properties and destroyed buildings and machineries.

REQUIREMENTS

A) DUE TO DUPLICATIONS

(a) Same declared owner

  1. Written request of the owner
  2. Current tax receipts


(b)Different owners declared

  1. Current tax receipts
  2. Endorsement by the Municipal Assessor
  3. Affidavit of waiver

(c)Subdivided lot wherein mother lot is still revised

  1. Written request of the heirs of the declared owner of mother lot
  2. Endorsement by the Municipal Assessor with findings

B) DUE TO NO LONGER EXISTING PROPERTIES/TOTAL DESTRUCTION

  1. Latest tax receipts of the property concerned (discretionary)
  2. Written request of the owner/representative duly endorsed by the Municipal Assessor

C) DUE TO COURT DECISIONS

  1. Writ of execution duly registered with ROD
