Consolidation and Subdivision of Lots
ABOUT THE SERVICE
Taxpayers may request for consolidation or subdivision of lots by virtue of an extrajudicial settlement of estate, a deed of sale of a portion of a lot, or by virtue of CARP/Operation Land Transfer.
REQUIREMENTS
A) FOR TITLED PROPERTY
- Current tax receipt/tax clearance
- Approved subdivision/consolidation plan
- Deed of Conveyance
- Certificate of title duly authenticated by Municipal Assessor, Notary Public, LAOO/Certified copy from ROD
- Request of land owner duly endorsed by the Municipal Assessor
B) FOR UNTITLED PROPERTY
- Current tax receipt/tax clearance
- Approved subdivision/consolidation plan
- Deed of Conveyance
- Request for subdivision/consolidation with endorsement from Municipal Assessor
C) FOR PROPERTY UNDER CARP/OLT/CLOA
- Current tax receipt/tax clearance
- Approved subdivision/consolidation plan
- Certification from MARRO/PARRO
- OCT/TCT duly certified or authenticated by Municipal Assessor, Notary Public, LAOO/Certified copy from ROD
- Request of land owner for subdivision duly endorsed by the Municipal Assessor
D) FOR PROPERTY within PP468 (WATERSHED/RESERVED AREA)
- Current tax receipt/tax clearance
- Subdivision/Consolidation Plan (duly signed by Geodetic Engineer)
- Registered Deed of Conveyance
- Certification from CENRO, DENR as to A&D but within watershed/reserved area
- Request of land owner for subdivision duly endorsed by the Municipal Assessor
