Issuance of a Vicinity Map and a Sketch Plan for Barangays with an Approved Cadastral Survey
ABOUT THE SERVICE
A vicinity map is a requirement in the computation of the capital gains tax for BIR Clearance. It determines the location of the lot as to the distance from the barangay road, from the highway and from the Poclacion proper.
The sketch plan provides for the references as to land area, lot number, distances as well as form of their lots for taxation purposes only.
