Availing of Immunization Services
ABOUT THE SERVICE
The purpose of this service is to immunize children 0 to 11 months old from 7 immunizable diseases.
The Municipal Health Office (MHO) also immunizes pregnant mothers to prevent the occurrence of Tetanus Neonatorum in infants.
This service is provided free-of-charge.

Midwife on Duty asks data of child or pregnant mother to be immunized. She looks at past immunizations given to the child or pregnant mother. |
