Registration

Midwife accomplished the Home-Based Maternity Record (HBMR) card of the mother.

 5 minutes Midwife on Duty
Pre-Natal Examination Health Education
  1. Checks client’s abdominal palpitation and informs the mother of her findings.
  2. b. Gives mother health instructions on proper nutrition and maternity care.
  3. c. Emphasizes the importance of reporting to the RHM once she feels the occurrence of pregnancy danger signs.
