ABOUT THE SERVICE
The Municipal Traffic office of Tubigon is the venue for complaints against erring drivers.
Among the violations brought to the Municipal Traffic are:

  • Excessive collection of fare
  • Out of line picking-up of passenger for tricycle

REQUIREMENTS

  • Complete information about the defendant
  • Name and address of the tricycle driver/ operator
  • Tricycle registration plate number

Presentation of Complaint

Complainant looks for the assigned traffic enforcer in the area and present his/her complaints.

Enforcer interviews the complainant to verify the name and address of the driver / operator being complained.

Investigation

The Municipal Traffic Head (MTH) conducts the investigation in the presence of the complainant and the driver. The MTH renders a decision afterwards.
