ABOUT THE SERVICE
TUBIGON COMMUNITY HOSPITAL, a primary general health facility operated by the Municipality of Tubigon.

It is a primary hospital that caters needs for emergency treatment and treatment of minor medical cases.

Major surgery and serious medical cases can be attended to by the higher centers—a national government-operated (Department of Health) hospital—and other private hospitals in the city.

Hospital Hours:

  • Outpatient Department – open only from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Emergency Treatment – open 24 hours

HOW TO AVAIL OF THE SERVICE

Follow These Steps It Will Take You Please Approach
Treatment of Urgent Cases
Go to the Emergency Room

Patient goes to the Emergency Room for registration and initial treatment.
Retrieval of client’s old OPD record.

3-5 minutes ER Nurse/Midwife/Nursing Attendant
Making of new record for new client.Interview client for some personal information needed. 3-5 minutes
Minor Surgery
Medical Officer on duty performs minor surgical procedures. Case-to-case basis Physician On Duty
Admission for Hospital Confinement (if necessary)
If necessary, Medical Officer admits the patient.
Treatment of Emergency or Life-Threatening Cases
Go to the Emergency Room
Patient is brought to the Emergency Room for immediate medical management.
2 minutes ER Nurse / Midwife /Nursing Attendant
Referral to Higher Center
After initial treatment has been done, the Medical Officer advise the patient or significant others to transfer to Higher Center for further management Physician on Duty
