MSWD hands much-awaited help

Tubigon- At long last! Help has now come.
Those were the words of some five-hundred hopeful and expectant farmers and fisherfolks as they were about to receive the much-awaited rice subsidy amounting to around PhP 1,900. The CASH for Work and Training is a joint project of the Municipal Social Welfare and Development (MSWD) and Municipal Agriculture Office (MAO) to extend help to farmers during lean season in form of a financial remuneration provided they attend series of seminars and render community services in their respective baranggays.
