Tubigon- The team from the National Award Commitee comes to Tubigon for the site validation as the said municipality competes for a most coveted search of the Presidential Award for Child-Friendly Municipalities and Cities.
The town was declared as the regional winner making them the representative from Region 7 along with other 5 contenders from other municipalities in Luzon , namely: San Mateo, Isabela(Region 2); Jordan, Guimaras(Region 6); Agoo, La Union(Region 1); and Mariveles, Bataan(Region 3).
