On the occasion of the 12th anniversary of the Tubigon Community Hospital(TCH0, the local government does a multiple celebration for it also opens its larger doors to the Children with Disability (CWD) by inaugurating and turning the newly-constructed building of the Stimulation and Therapeutic Acitivity Center(STAC) on September 16 at the Tubigon Community Hospital Grounds.
