On the occasion of the 12th anniversary of the Tubigon Community Hospital(TCH0, the local government does a multiple celebration for it also opens its larger doors to the Children with Disability (CWD) by inaugurating and turning the newly-constructed building of the Stimulation and Therapeutic Acitivity Center(STAC) on September 16 at the Tubigon Community Hospital Grounds.

The newly-constructed building of the Stimulating Thereapeutic Activity Center (STAC) in Tubigon. The center caters to children with disability ages 0-14 years old and said to be one of the factors for the town to be adjudged as a child-friendly municipality.
Finally, Tubigon made it in the regionals.
The Municipality of Tubigon was adjudged as the regional winner of the Child Friendly Municipalities and Cities- (1st to 3rd Class Municiplity Category) after a painstaking work of evaluating and assessing the pertinent paperwork and documents necessary for the said municipality to earn the nod of the evaluators coming from different sectors such as local governance, social welfare, economy, and education.
